Bug description: If you cast Feral Spirits on a target that currently has Evasion, Bubble, Cloak of Shadows etc, Feral Spirits just disappear, they should be attacking the target even tho they won't be doing dmg. *I noticed this in arena and bgs, haven't checked it in wPvP*
Proof: My pc would explode if i wanted to record this, don't have any proof but testing it doesn't take much time, so if you wouldn't mind...

Confirmed. When parried, dodged, missed, immuned,etc, on use, The wolves will not appear wasting the CD.
