Bug description: Quest giver Lasan Skyhorn does not appear in Thunder Totem, making the quest impossible to complete. Logging out (possibly also clearing cache) and back in seems to make him appear.

Check if he is inside, sometimes he will start walking in without starting the dialogue.

That aura is also used for a previous script from that storyline, atm the only way to trigger » Meet Lasan at Thunder Totem is by relogging.

It might be re-worked in the future.
