Bug description: Chi orbit is only supposed to hit targets that you have engaged in combat however it is hitting anything and everything around you even neutral Town NPC's that are supposed to be unattackable. NPC's that you use Paralyze on get knocked out of paralysis if you just move too close because chi orbit will hit them. This is not an issue on the Live 7.2.5 realm.
