Bug description: It says in talent that it heals 3% of your maximum HP every 1 second. Instead of 3%, it heals 1% every 1 second. Edit: // In duel heals me 42k, out of pvp heals me 135k.

All (or most) of the talents have reduced effects in PvP (excluding world PvP). This is done for balancing purposes. It is not a bug, it is supposed to work that way.

Well, that's something new then. Cause in 7.2.5 worked fine in pvp and pve too. Maybe i'm lost.

I noticed only damage difference, since in PvP it balances your stats. But, not the talents.

It works correctly, it was working like this in 7.2.5 aswell
