[REJECTED] Game does not allow me to change race.

Bug description: Paid for a race change and name change but the game does not allow me to change race, when I get to the name selection I leave the form as it is since I dont want to change name for my character and it hits me with "That name is unavailable"
However if I choose a different name it tells me that "Could not change race for character"

That "issue" happened to another user who was able to change his name and race successfully ~2 hours after his purchases. Try again and post feedback here, please.

Alright, then I don't think there is anything more we can do for you unless to contact [email protected]. You can keep trying to rename/race change your character until you get a response.
