same problem for me, she is just not there and minimap shows her somewhere else, but she is not there either.

Well you can check on the actual one, and see she's simly not there... Doesn't the one people play on is the one that actually counts????

I just did the quest on Dev without any problems. Tyrande vanishes after I get phased into "Val'Sharah", but when I reach Starsong Refuge, she's there.
Delete Cache and relog in front of her location.

Hi! I tried deleting my chache and WTF file, and still I can't see the NPC. She is simply not there for me. Here look: https://imgur.com/s95b8RA

Please help, I'm not sure what to do. I've deleted my chache, add-ons and wtf file a number of times with no resuts.

HI again!!

As I said, I have the same problem, I tried to delete the cache, I log in and I'm in the cave but Tyrande doesn't appear there.
It's important to fix this bug because it's part of a chain of missions to be able to fly on the broken islands.

Another solution could be that we get the achievement of this chain of missions for good. I don't know if that would be possible. It's the same with me in the high mountains, I can't start any mission chain.

This bug was caused because players did a quest on 725 before it got fixed on 735
It's fixed now. Just abandon and retake it, you will get the quest rewarded and you don't need to bother about the next quests since you already did them
