Bug description: So, i can't abandon the quest and i can't complete it. I hear that it unlocks a legion scenario. So i get the quest and when i go to Krasus landing the fly npc with that hipogryph is not there. I mean i do not see him whatever i do. Thank you much !

Try going into your class hall and see if you can complete the quest there.

Regardless of whether or not this quest is technically completable I still think it should be considered bugged. The entire intended progression is simply gone, the quest will constantly reappear in your log whenever you go back to Dalaran, and that one NPC who's supposed to give it to you will harass you endlessly, sometimes spawning multiple copies of him. I'm getting so incredibly sick of all the "It concerns High Overlord Saurfang! "I fear he plans to bring doom upon himself!" "This matter cannot wait, we must speak now!" all the time so long after I've technically completed the quest. And the fact is that until it functions the way it's supposed to, you'll constantly have players who don't understand what's happening coming on to make bug reports about it because they cannot follow the quest as they're instructed to in-game.

I check every corner of my class hall and i cannot complete said quest there. The only place where the quest becomes highlighted is in krasus landing but the npc is never there

Are you sure? It should be able to be turned in at a Val'Kyr NPC near the pillar of light where you arrive.

I can't turn in the quest seeing as the quest is not able to be completed, cause the npc is not there with the hypoghiph to sent me to the broken shore. I mean there is no way to complete the quest ....

No no no, ignore the quest text. Go to your class hall, look for someone with a yellow question mark.

If you can't turn in at the big gold Va'lKyr by the pillar of light in Skyhold, then my only guess is the Alliance version of the quest is even more bugged than the Horde version. Just wait.

Just abandon the quest when the server restart. It might be invisible in quest log but if you relog you will be able to see and abandon it.
