same problem dude.... after 7.35 i see many npcs that are missing

Can be caused by phasing because I can clearly see the NPC on PTR

Bug description: [Lay Them to Rest] quest for some heroes makes bug!!
And now makes bug for me, because I don't see any "NPC" for handover it quest or she's absent
