[DUPLICATE] Timeworn Heirloom Armor Casing not properly applying to certain items.

Bug description: Applying the 90 to 100 heirloom upgrade for Captain Sander's Returned Band and Admiral Taylor's Loyalty Ring does not work. Visually, it will show that the upgrade in the heirloom tab collection has taken place and upgraded to a maximum of 100, but when clicking to create those two items, it will go into your bags as a maximum of level 90 instead of 100. Those were the only two rings I tested (and lost thousands of gold on and didn't want to test further and lose more money.) Interesting note, but the Dread Pirate Ring heirloom upgrades from 90 to 100 just fine. There may be other items that do not upgrade properly as well. Relogging, deleting files, etc does not correct the issue.
Proof: Kinda hard to show this, but a quick test in-game will consistently prove the issue immediately.
