[Demon Hunter][Havoc] Fel rush (yes again, its a new one)

Bug description: This started happening today (I'm guessing the devs are trying to fix the other bug for fel rush and yeaaa). So the bug(s), Felrush is very slow right now(like almost 2 times slower in some cases AND its not fluid at all (by not fluid I mean you can't act for a couple of mili seconds after it finishes the cast)
EDIT 4: THIS ONLY HAPPENS WHILE MID AIR, but the delay at the end its still here even if I felrush while on the ground (the delay is not that big of a problem as is the speed of the rush)

Proof: I swear I've been trying to post a video using fraps but this potato laptop won't cooperate maybe someone in the replies can help me with more proof. (even tho this bug can be easily tested)

EDIT 2: Reporting for duty, I found a way to prove AND fix felrush speed, let me elaborate. Felrush its not just a simple dash, the way it works is its increasing your movement speed by a large amount for a second.(found this using dejastats)

So just increase the movement speed of felrush to 943% and remove the small delay at the end of the cast. That should make felrush blizzlike

EDIT 4: IT looks like this bug happens every time you cast Felrush while in mid air.

EDIT: I'm guessing the devs slowed down felrush and delayed the end of the animation to fix the old bug.. but that impairs us of our mobility (WRONG ASSUMPTION)


TLDR: Felrush its slower while in midair and has a small delay at the end of the cast sometimes that prevents you from moving right away.

Please calm down. The main issue about Fel Rush has been confirmed here. No fixes related to this were published, meaning it's being looked into and it's not final.
