[FIXED] [Quest] The Power Within

Bug description: Hello i have completed all pre requests for quest The Power Within but when i go to my Hunter Class Hall Image of Kalec doesn't give me the quest.

I have the exact same problem.

Image of Kalec showed up in my order hall (Skyhold, I am a warrior).
I completed the first 3 storyline of Azsuna (on this character, but I have the overall achievement Pathfinder Part 1 completed on the account) and I also have completed the order hall class quest line to get a artifact appearance. These are the prereq for power within quest to be unlocked base on my wow head research. However, the power within quest did not popup on Kalec.

at least the image shows up for you guys. i have completed 4 th chapter of azsuna and have completed my class hall questline but he hasent even showed up :/

mine showed up, gave me the quest, but i can't complete it and take next 3 quests, if im not mistaken. any ideeas ?
