Bug description: i dont receive the quest on my char , i have made it on the others chars but on my paladin i dont recive the quest

Hello,
Go to the "duel area" in Durotar and talk to Sylvanas. Accept and complete the quest "Keep Your Friends Close".

You will be able to see the NPC once you complete that quest.
