Bug description: Having the haste cap (22%+) on mm is not enabling the correct rotation, basically you need to do at 35-40 focus marked shot 2 arcane 2 aimed. But the problem is that the second aimed is not fitting in the vulnerable as it can be seen in this video: freakz https://streamable.com/scdzhn

Some days ago i notticed on my hunter (BM) that gcd is longer than it was on 7.2.5, as far as i remember we had 1s gcd but now we have 1.5 gcd as casters do. I'm not sure if this is intended or not but makes quite difficult to mantain the rotaion on both MM and BM hunters. Haven't tried Surv hunt tho.

Maybe thats why MM dmg is so nerfed, compared to simcraft. I did lots of tests but couldnt find why i cant never reach simcrafts numbers and im far away from them. On 7.2.5 i was doing exactly as simcraft was sayin.

You've used a guy fitting that into a rotation while playing a TROLL as proof. Trolls have a racial for increased Haste. 15% to top it all off.
