[REJECTED] Can't continue legionfall campaign

Bug description: Broken shore is completed 5/15 and there are absolutely no quests left to do in order to progress further and complete it all.

Provide screenshots and link the last quest you completed. Nothing can be done otherwise.

I've finished Vengeance Point(46845) and i started the quest chain which starts with Spiders, Huh?(46499). After that i got the quest for the dungeon Cathedral of Eternal Night: Altar of the Aegis(46244) which has nothing to do with the actual broken shore questline , besides that i got Begin Construction(46245), also i can't complete The Mage Tower(46772) because it has been bugged for eternity.Now a quest called Champions of Legionfall(47137) should appear at the NPC - Maiev Shadowsong, also this quest hasn't appeared Defending Broken Isles(46247).

Please help, all of the pre-requisites are in place and done.

You can't complete the Champions of Legionfall questchain before doing Defending Broken Isles. And as much as I see, Maiev is spawned for you right next to Prophet Velen. WHen you interract with her, she doesn't offer any quest?

No, she just stands there, also should add that i decided to skip the broken shore tutorial since i've done it multiple times on other chars.

Okay, then you must complete this quest. It is related to the Legionfall campaign, as you can see from our database. After that, Maiev will give you the quest.
