[REJECTED] [Rogue][Outlaw] Mastery: Main Gauche

Bug description: Doesn't work with Mastery. Tested it without gear (23% mastery) and with gear (35%) and only got approximate 15%-18% proc rate on both tests.
Correct me if i'm wrong but this should also proc https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=35551&&name=combat-potency which according to the tooltip has a 38% chance to give 10 energy. Right now Outlaw spec is unplayable. It starves in energy way to quick. I believe this might be one of the many causes by it.

Also I believe Combat Potency isn't proccing the amount of times it should aswell. Will test this and make a post about it if I found something.

For the combat potency procs i can confirm that are not procking often enough never the less outlaw have huge attack speed.
I havent tested mastery but it supose to proc more with more mastery u gain from gear.

With those % and sample size you can't make a valid statistical proof.

Yeh mastery is bugged on outlaw, specially in pvp when template get activated, you get 10 procs in 3 mins, which is making spec unplayable idd

Not all of your 501 HITS are from the Main Hand and you have no way of knowing if it hit more Off Hand attacks or more Main Hand attacks, thus making it difficult to figure out with Weapons but not if Weaponless.
Every attack you make Weaponless is treated as a Main Hand attack thus making it quite simple to find out if it works or not and in my case with my 50% Mastery, it works fine.

In PvP tho... it's quite rough to say the least. kek.
