Bug description: Can't draw the rune

I finished the quest but at the same ı lost server connection. Then ı logged in and the quest didn't count. I tried to draw the runes again but there was no trace as it appears in the video. I abandon the quest and took it back again trace didn't appear.

Please abandon the quest, then delete cache. When you log back in, take the quest and try again.

Just did it today and I had no problems at all.

I tried many times but it doesn't work

the solution is the next:
1. you leave the mission
2. use heartstone
3. exit game
4. delete cache
5.log and you are going to take the mission again
