Clicking on items to loot or use it in bags

Bug description: Hello Freakz team, today i'm reporting an issue that's happening a lot (3 days straight with some regularity), in some moments of the game (dungeons, world pve, etc.), when i have to loot, i click on the item and nothing happens, i can't loot, but when i do auto loot, and see the items on my bags, the issue is still there on the game, i can't use any of my items, it keep forcing me to unstuck on the page to refresh my character, the cache delete don't solve the issue or anything. Please help me with this, to avoid other players and me suffer this bug too.

Please provide proof for it. And provide for which NPCs the issue happens mostly. Also try to disable your addons and see if that solves it.

I can upload an image in imgur, but the image only see the items on my bags, and im trying to click on them to use it, but no action happens.

PD: Addons was disable when the report was made.
