Bug description: There are some hit combo interactions broken still after the restart
Proof:

- tiger palm always resets hit combo

- as resulting from the tiger palm issue you can use any ability as many times in a row as you want as you can see here and keep hit combo (someone left some lastAbility variable always set to tiger palm i think)

- strike of the windlord generates one hit combo stack per target hit (and does it both on main hand attack and offhand)

- chi wave still does not generate a hit combo stack ( but does not break it if you use the same ability before and after chi wave this may be again cause of tiger palm always counting as last ability used)

Thank you for your detailed report.
I've tested out every single one of your points. All of them are working now.
However the Strike of the Windlord should generate only 1 stack
Retail example:
1:00 - from 3 stacks to 4 stacks after Strike of the windlord

Yes, that is what I meant, SOTWL should only generate 1 hit combo stack regardless of however many are hit
And when you said they are working now, are you refering to the DEV realm or Live as I tried them now on live and they still are broken?
