Bug description: Execute damage in pvp seems wrong . May be because pvp mod not applied

Here you can see my damage difference vs raiders dummy with 32% armor and monk with 28% armor(that can be checked easily).
Also im doing execute with my leggo ring proc and its doing damage as if max rage used and there is aprox 25% damage difference. Some of it could be due to versatility on target but it cannot be 25% difference only for versa

Damage in pvp situations should be bigger than it is in pve bcs pvp mod for execute is 115% but you can see for yourself thats not the case, which is really confusing.

At 2:46 you can see 1.56 execute on warlock with no concordance just augmented rune buff(325 strength) and at 3:06 with concordance non crit 1.1m, and that numbers i never saw on freakz without using berzerk buff etc.
I know my +10% mod bug report got confirmed but still if we add that 10% on execute the numbers dont match up because difference is much bigger than 10% regarding execute from what i am experiencing, and i posted proof that execute pvp modifier is missing or not working fine

Also attacking PvP dummy does not apply pvp mods as if i was attacking players(can be tested easily) but it changes tooltip for all spells affected. And when i attack pvp dummy execute dmg in tooltip gets +15% but damage is actually lower. pls have a look

23,733 *1.15 = 27,293 -- just like tooltip difference shows

Also mortal strike and rend have their pvp modifiers implemented accordingly if you want i can provide proof or you can test it very easily

The mod is applied, the execute damage varies up and down - but after I did the calculations I saw that everything is fine.

Do you know what it FEELS like, to be TORTURED by your own mind?
