Bug description: sometimes the legendary doesn't give the rage when rampage critical strikes, this can be fixed temporarily when u equip and unequip the legendary or relog, but it gets bugged again after some time.
Proof: https://streamable.com/1y5576 u can see i pop bc and the first and 2nd rampage give me 0 rage.

I can't reproduce the bug, every time my Rampage did a (Critical Strike) I got 6 RAGE

Also you provided a video where I can't see your equipped legendaries which has me thinking you don't have legs equipped.

Do you know what it FEELS like, to be TORTURED by your own mind?

i don't know how this bug occurs, maybe it has something to do with summoning/being in an instanced group, i don't know how to replicate but the bug is there.

This happens too with Naj'entus's Vertebrae and gloves professions enchants, this bug happen from legion launch.

yes, that's also true, on the gloves profession enchant you get a "you are in the wrong zone" warning which gets removed after you unequip and requip the gloves, maybe there's a correlation between that.

Confirmed, it happend to me twice, once in a dungeon then again in raid. My leggo pants didn't give me any rage whatsoever.

yeah it happens to me sometimes the dammage of rampage is very low from 300k to 700k crit while im 965 ilvl i have always to relog after bosses do you guys have this bug too?

i'll bring screenshots next time it happens. But most of the time it happens in antorus raids, for example once we kill the first boss and then go to the second (dogs) it happens. im using inner rage talent and not bloodbath i dont know if this can help the devs or the class moderators.

I cant seem to find a way to replicate this,just by testing to dummy alone.Please repost with a screenshoot/video which shows ur legendary equipped and a closer/cleaner shot over ur rampage and ur rage bar.

i doubt u can test this on dummy, test it on raid,try to equip/unequip items, try to get summoned in etc, i can't do it myself on raid, but i kinda have an idea how i can replicate it.

well i'll try to explain you how it happens to me, i had 2 piece set from tos and 2 piece set from antorus i played with inner rage, when i do antorus first boss and i go the second sometimes the damage of my rampage is very very low and i dont get rage back even when i do battle cry max damage of my rampage is 700k and 0 rage.

it happened to me 3 days or 4 days ago it was on the dogs (second boss of antorus heroic) and also happened to me in the fight of the coven of shivara proof:

the solution i found is to unequip the legs and equip it back to make sure it won't bug.

This was happening since the start of 7.3, i reported it but the class mod couldn't replicate it so it got rejected. Its really hard to replicate as it can pop up any time, mostly during openers in raids/ or mythic bosses. Rampage does really low dmg(250-400k crit for a 960 fury) and generates no rage even during Openers.

Both rage regen from legendary legs(https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=151824&&name=valarjar-berserkers) and rampage dmg are lowered.Still,i cant make a report about this since we cant find the trigger yet.We are looking into it atm so please have patience.And if u find any info about what triggers this and how u trigger it do share it here.

hummmmm as you can see after the first boss of antorus we do the trash and then we do second boss does the trash make the aura of the legendary leggs bug? maybe the trash are the reason i dont know, does a relog always fix this bug?

I found that if you swap gear just as a mythic+ is about to start (1 sec until the timer starts), it will bug out. Now, this is 1 of the ways of it getting bugged but obviously there are many more.
