[WOD] Draenor Pathfinder passive isn't account-wide

Bug description: For some reason i don't have Draenor Pathfinder passive on my horde alts , it should be account-wide

Yah i was flying there before 7.3.5 launch

There is an ongoing bug report for this on newly created chars as you can see here. However, this issue will be looked into as well.

It's only for chars created after patch, all my "before-patch" chars share the flying achiev with my main, but the new ones don't.

For me all my horde allts doesn't have the passive , all of them were created before 7.3.5
also new characters have that issue

That's weird, i had 3 alts before, all of them can fly, even without a single quest in draenor, but the only one i made after the patch, can't.
