[Draenor][Frostfire Ridge] The home of the Frostwolves

Bug description:
After the upgrade the Frostwall Garrison dissapeared. I've tried to redo the quest line but the quest The Home Of The Frostvolves does not have the ending NPC at the designated location.
After clearing the cache etc. I've now tried to abandon the quest but since the quest is part of the scenario - I cannot retake it again.

The images I'm giving are showing my char at the moment before abandoning the quest at the location where the quest should be returned and also some of the achievements I got in Draenor mostly BEFORE the upgrade.
I can even fly in Draenor.

Currently in some other zones of Draenor I'm not having NPC's visible nor flying locations even though I've been able to use them before.

Tried to raise a ticket but the system states it has an error in saving the ticket - so I'm raising this as an issue here also.

Confirmed.

Currently, WoD is being worked on so please be patient about it.
Also, regarding the flying, there are some issues regarding the achievement after the patch upgrade and were already reported and confirmed here and here.
