[DUPLICATE] [Shaman][Enhancement] Windfury Proc, Stormbringer Proc

Hello everyone, I have found the bug.. Its simple

Off hand attacks don't contribute to procs.

Lava lash doesn't proc stormbringer
Off hand attacks don't proc stormbringer
I'm guessing the Off hand part of Stormstrike doesn't proc stormbringer either.
And I'm guessing any other attack that has an off hand proc is not working.

I watched my character attack the dummy for 15 minutes.

*swing *swing .... *swing swing .... I never saw stormbringer proc from my off hands

I made a macro /cast Lava Lash /stopattack , no procs from lava lash..

This the reason behind everything.. If possible, someone please provide a video for further proof, I can't do it myself because my laptop is dogshit..

lyanx, calm down dude.. I just tested it and its true. Off hand doesn't proc stormbringer. That's it.. Its that simple.. If you have your doubts you can check it yourself of just add me in-game "Zappyboi" and I can show you.

@lyanx u shared a pvp video ... keep ur warnings 4/5 be careful
maybe before stromstrike had high proc chance but now has a little problem...
u are pvp player and have 30% mastery in bgs and arena
in pve personally i have 35% haste and 105% mastery
i dont know how old are u buf if u were a player u knew that rotation in pvp and pve is defferent
and i dont blame u just play ur pvp and post for fixing arena and battlegrounds
let staff check it u cant say its fix now or buge...
and enhancement hasnt low dps in pve stormbringer and wind strikes is main abillity on enhancement if had buge on script u cant play as well

UPDATE ON MY RESEARCH ON THE OFF HAND BUG:

It seems like lava lash does proc stormbringer but has a very low chance to do so.
Normal off hand attacks still don't proc stormbringer..


THIRD UPDATE

I will consider the fact that I got only 5 procs in 100 attacks (rockbitter, flametounge, frostbrand) bad RNG.

The current problem is that normal Off-Hand Attacks don't proc stormbringer

Did the tests with daggers with no stats cause I didn't wanna benefit from any stats increase from artifact weapons or traits. Basically it's proof that the base proc is broken. The more stats you add to your gear (for example a fully geared enha shaman with 90%+ mastery, 45%+ haste) the more obvious it gets.
Same for Windfury.
But fixing the base proc that is broken should fix the scaling with mastery, if you have 5.6% proc chance with base mastery (16%) it should get increased as mastery gets higher. Since I`m assuming mastery scaling works. Same for Windfury

How about windfury? Have you tested the procs on it?

No, but I think the main and only problem is off hand attack not proc-ing stormbringer. I will try to do some testing today regarding windfury.

Also, I think mastery works correctly because I tested it by casting multiple series of 100 rockbitters, flametounges and frostbrand (no autoattacks or windfury procs so I can get clean results) and it seems like with 8.3% proc chance on Stormbringer I usually get the 8 procs in 100 attacks.

Update: In 214 hits of rockbiter, flametounge frostbrand and windsong (73 rockbiters, 106 frostbrands, 6 windsongs and 28 flametounge) I got 14 procs with 8.1% chance on stormbringer

Apparently they cannot (or really don't want to) confirm the off-hand stormbringer report on trello.

8% mean 8 from 100
but 8% chance not mean 8 proc from 100 RNG works here
