Character name: Mertrax
Bug description: Aspect of the Cheetah has 2 parts to it. The initial buff gives 90% speed for 3 seconds. The second part gives 30% speed for 9 seconds. Thus the total speed increase is for 12 seconds. At the moment, the second part, the 30% for 9 seconds is non existant.

here at 6;29 you can see the hunter using his aspect, the first part lasts 3 seconds, then the second part kicks in.

It works, but it does not show the 30% as buff. Use DejaCharacterStats addon to see your movement speed.

I compared to other hunter who also has no speed gear, there is no difference after 90% buff part expires with him not using it at all.

works fine for me too, sometimes it shows the 9 seconds buff, sometimes it doesn't, but it's there, there was another post regarding this (https://forum.wow-freakz.com/view-post-5964047.html?highlight=cheetah).
