As u can see after i press the pvp trinket a 30 sec cd appears on the dwarf racial, stone form. you can see the cd timers. Hope its enough proof.

maybe what u find is from BFA or Shadowlands. In the legion tooltip on the server it does not mention it shares cd with pvp trinket, so it should not.
