The talent should give me 3 seconds to use my stealth spells, the buff appears in top right bar but i cannot use my spells

That is because you got out of stealth, thus the stance changes and your stealth action bars are also changing to non-stealth. Bind the spells on other action bars and try again

But this talent works like 70% of time and aometimes not like it should. You have tested it on dummy not on a monster. I will record new one with what excatly i want to show You

OKAY i got this. So the problem is with skill bar that sometimes turns off my stealth skills. Now i understood this but why this happens it is not supposed to be like that. If i have buff subterfuge from talent it shouldnt change my skill bar from stealth to non stealth. In like 20%-30% of fights this sht happens, rest of the time works like it should.

There is literally nothing wrong with the talent as I said, you can even see it on your buff bar. The fact that the addon you're using for your UI is causing you problems has nothing to do with how this talent works.
