Bug description: Delirium Stacks should be applied from AoE hits of Howling Blast. Right now it applies only on main target.

At 21:55 you'll see he is howling blasting 3 targets and only the main target gets delirium. I'll wait for Plague to reject this topic since this is incorrect.

Rejected . The video clearly showcases 8.3 patch Delirium shouldn't stack on BFA from AoE spells on all targets .
