[Monk] - Jade Serpent Statue randomly disappearing

Character name:Cukpoo and Gurumike
Bug description: At random moments inside dungeons they noticed that the statue disappears after barely the animation starts and the skill gets on cooldown.
Proof: We got it on video, I shall update the post the moment I get it.

Update: My monk guild mates think that this happens only at the start of a combat phase. It's like the moment we start the fight and the statue gets summoned it phases out. Just a hint in case it helps.
