After a discussion with devs, we come to the conclusion that this report is invalid.

Here is how loot works on our server, and why the website displays 0,01%:

As you may know, the looting method used for group content since Warlords of Draenor is called "Personal Loot". This, in a technical aspect, works differently from the standard looting method and is not picked up corretly anymore by our database since we changed our server core in BFA.


In our version of personal loot, EVERY item on the "standard" loot table for a boss / Mythic+ chest has the SAME chance to drop. The only exception from this are SPECIAL items such as rare transmog items or mounts which are not normally displayed on the loot table. (And example of this from Kings' Rest would be the Mummified Raptor (Tomb Stalker) mount.)

We maybe be able to adjust the VISUAL 0.01% indicator on the website in the future. For now, rest assured that ALL gear items have the exact same drop chance (100 divided by the amount of items on the loot table for your spec) in ALL BFA dungeons and raids.
