Conquest Points tracking

Currently there is no way of Actually checking current conquest points from the current week, and it gets hard to track them from pvp vendor, especially if the week has passed and you haven't spent your points yet.
With the introduction of the new Essence system, some classes that benefit most from Conflict and Strife are forced to get more involved in the pvp world in order to unlock the Essence. Now, keep in mind that a normal win per Battleground awards you 8 CP (with an additional 40 CP for the "first win of the day") and in order to get the desired rank of Conflict and Strife you need around 500 CP. Lately, with the massive shrink of the Arena community, it has become almost impossible to farm CP through arenas, leaving no choice for those who aim for the Essence, but to spam farm Battlegrounds.
In conclusion, it would be more than great to have any sort of a system that helps you track down the total amount of CP you have earned in the current week, rather than to struggle to memorize your points from a week to another until eventually you lose track of it.
