[BG] Fear

Character name: Royd
Bug description: A Warlock named 'Takaro' used [Fear] on me when i was running with the flag and bugged my char completely. I got stuck into a wall at first, unable to move for like 30 seconds. After that, i wasn't able to cap the flag, only to drop it, and after that i got a permanent DoT on me and was unable to use any skill or attack, getting the message "Can't do that while fleeing". After a couple seconds, i wasn't even able to move.

You should use the Unstuck feature here to "unbug" yourself.

I didn't get "stuck" forever, it was inside the bg, i left it and it got fixed, the point is, this is a fear bug abuse.

Fear pathing has already been reported. Including the chance of getting stuck in texture, falling under map and such, all due to Fear/Coil. You should check Trello first before writing a bug report.

A priest named Mars did this damage to me in the span of 1 second and cast fear on multiple players causing us to lose control of our characters until we were killed. It lasted almsot one minute

i was also feared by a priest, lost control until dead
after respawn could not use any ability or even move, only mount and dismount was possible

Thank you for the report @Dwynen

We are aware of the problem when player gets under textures after getting feared. However, not being able to control yourself after fear has finished is something we haven't encountered yet. In order for us to know the core of the problem we would need a video of how this actually happens so we would be able to see what exactly triggers this bug.

I personally got feared many times by different classes. I was feared under textures few times but never was I not able to use my spells afterwards.

I've found one of the reasons this happens. If you trinket fear very fast you will have high chance of bugging yourself.
