Introduction:

Hello, some of you may probably already know me by my repeated long attempts to make builds for Mage, Warrior and Deathknight. I am extremely crazy about class mechanics and making them achieve the absolute highest possible damage per second.

I go by the name of "God" or "Ayro" in-game and have been pushing end-content since the start of BFA on all my chars, a little less in raids lately (I will miss you Dog Down).

The purpose of this topic is to provide a sense of having BiS Items/Builds for the next patch since 8.2.5 is just around the corner. I will be starting by posting out builds for Warrior Fury/Arms, Mage Frost/Fire/Arcane, Deathknight Unholy/Frost and Rogue Assassination, then we will see what's next, depending on the feedback I receive.

As the time goes on I will be posting out builds for other classes as well, classes that are less played like Balance Druid or Shadow Priest.

Please take this with a grain of salt, not everything I will post may be better than everything there is out there, but I will do my best to provide the best SimC strings I can possibly create.

If you have ideas for improvements, try to simulate them. If they result in increased DPS, please send me a message on forum or add me on discord Ayro#0001 and we can pick it up from there.

I hope to collaborate with our server Class Moderators if possible and with other players that enjoy doing research about their class.


Sidenotes:

All the builds will include a screenshot with the final DPS.
All the simulations will be made using the fightstyle patchwerk and the number of enemies will be 1.
There are certain variables included in the simulation such as pre-casting Azhara Font of Power before starting the fight.
Everything is a work in progress.

Update:

As you may know, benthic gear is not obtainable through donations and can only be upgraded to 430-425 by using pearls.

While that doesn't mean the builds will become obsolete they will do a little bit less (2-3k DPS decrease).
You just need to replace three items and follow the stat scaling.

For fury warrior why would you run Furious Slash?To me it seems as a loss of dps as you can easily do miles better by running Sudden Death.

It's because Sudden Death sims less DPS.

Furious slash adds more complexity since you need to have uptime, but it's better, on paper at least.
