Transmog to vote points

I just bought with voting points https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=152145,and I don't have it in appearances to make transmog.
I have no idea why??
please help

You don't "automatically get" the transmog in your mog list, you get an ingame-email with the item.
