Achievement: [Bros Before Ho Ho Ho's] is not working; when you try to use the item on Brother Malach, it says he is "out of range", even if you are standing next to him. Brother Keltan can't even be reached, since the Gunship fight is not available on ICC. As ever, i'd like to ask that u fix this before the damn event ends, otherwise, it's useless

Achievement criteria: Use Mistletoe (ID 26004) in the following npcs during the winter's veil.

Achievement criteria: During the Feast of Winter Veil, use your culinary expertise to produce a Gingerbread Cookie, Winter Veil Egg Nog and Hot Apple Cider.

Achievement criteria: Open one of the presents underneath the Winter Veil tree once they are available.

It does count, i did it yday and it worked. I had the mount thing on while bombing each cluster and while turning in the quest and it worked.

This is not working, even if you don't get it/dismounted it's still not achieved. It looks like only 9 people actually done it (maybe by luck) but I tried 3 times already to do it, no luck and I followed different scenarios.
I tried to use the Fresh holly before taking the quest and completing it without getting hit/dismounted while doing it. Nothing happened.

And last, I got hit few times but I kept refreshing Fresh Holly, nothing happened this time also...

Bug description: According to the Freakz DB, (
https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=21525&name=green-winter-hat) this hat drops during the Feast of Winter Veil event off various bosses and mobs. I've tried the first three bosses and no hat drop even though it says 100% drop rate.

See pic of Mage-Lord Urom in The Oculus not dropping green hat today on Normal.
The Red Winter Hat is dropping fine from Grand Magus Telestra in The Nexus.

This actually works now, it seems it has something to do with the item you're using to get the festive mount. Fresh Holly this should be used before taking the quest, you won't get dismount. Don't use this Preserved Holly

Worked for me, just did it after 5 tries with the wrong item.
