As the topic I was rejected before, now i have new proof with video on retail to prove that any corruption increase % stat will increase from all sources (even percent-base buff) as it should. You can see on video retail he play troll racial (15% haste buff) but he get 30% haste more, when he use darksoul: misery (30% haste buff) he get 60% haste more. When he lose that buff, his haste down 30% and 60% too, so corruption should increase percent-base stuff.
He make weakaura show % stat on screen, so you can ez check.

This says it all, Dark Soul: Instability critical strike stacks additively, with means it should give u exactly as it says in the tooltip.

Sorry it's my mistake, i did not distinguish between Additive and Multiplier, ty for clear proof.
