Bug description: At frostfire ridge i followed Durotan to garrison sight in which all Npc's dismounted and the disappeared. Quest still shows circle to follow durotan and Starting point. Abandoned quest and refollowed and again unmounted at sight and Disappeared. Tried reloading UI and restarting client. I cannot progress past this point in WOD.

Known issue.
Garrison does not work to be unlocked and that quest does not work
