[REJECTED] [World Shadowlands] Open world mobs reset end regenrate HP several times in the fight.

Bug description:
Proof: This happens to all mobs but it's more easy to see if you fight a neutral[yellow bar] mob in the open world. It will stop fighting and regenerates a portion of HP and enters the fight again. The HP bar turns yellow and back red after 1 sec or so. With normal mobs it's no a big issue but larger mobs like elite the number of hit-points regenerated is large and this happens every ~5 sec.
