Reforge lite doesn't work very well. It reforges over 15% hit then it focuses on haste/crit evenif you are reforgin for destro.

I just used it for pvp, from nowhere it got me 300 more mastery so for me it's working more than ok :d. Dunno about pve.

It works perfectly for both my pally and lock, are you sure you have the 1.38 version ?

It works fine and technically has no problem focusing on mastery if it is the stat prio u are setting.

Last time i used that addon, my stats were screwed up.. I ussualy make reforges and calculation on a sheet of paper, on my desk

with the gear you have you should be hit capped so actually respecting a +60 hit bonus on ur neck piece is not really worth it same goes for +60 intellect go pure mastery gems there and i guess change the enchant on your bracers and gloves to mastery instead of haste 320 mastery on the weapon will also be good i guess.

To sum up :

9k7 haste to gain 4 extra tick on Agony, 2021 haste on destruction to gain one extra tick on Immolate. There's however some haste oriented destro build but that's for late SoO. :o

gaining an extra tick of immolate is clearly a waste just stack mastery and u will do better.

I thought haste affected cast speed and mana regeneration as well... As for ticks, isn't RoF considered a periodic effect in Destro spec?

haste does effect cast speed but idk why you would look for mana regen at all as destro also ur mastery directly increases all the damage u deal with immolate incenerate and conflag.
So stacking mastery is much more viable compared to going for a haste breakpoint

There is something i don't understand here and my thinking maybe be wrong so i'll expose it.

Even best in slots gear have haste rating on them so you will never have 0 haste rating, au contraire ! You will most likely want to invest a little in haste or so because your unreforged haste will be near that cap so you don't get stuck with that waste of haste and still get that extra tick to compensate. Finally, 2021 haste is equal to 3,3% crit chance if that haste were crit rating instead or 3,3% dmg increase for Incinerate, Fel flame, Imo and Conf and 10% dmg increase for CB. In a perfect world where you could reinvest 100% of that 2021 haste into mastery or crit (if that piece already has mastery) then i would say yes everyday but this is not a perfect world.

The more excellent your gear is, the easier it'll get to that haste cap. The more excellent your gear is, the more amount of haste each concerned pieces will have.

I've run some checks with my own lock : unreforged and without any haste gems, i have 2050 haste rating. Knowing that reforging allows a 40% stats conversion, it would leave with ~1600haste with an increase of ~2% dmg of CB and less than 1% for Inci/FF/Conf/Imo.
