Not all of them, but we already fixed lots of the specs, we'll have at least 1 spec per class at launch

And how would you want to get it? Finish the frost quest but get the fire artifact? Having it for free @vendors no, but we may consider this other option :-?

I'm with you that everyone should see the content

I think it'll be cool that everyone should do at least one quest chain

the problem with getting a weapon of a spec you will not play is the fact that you will be spending Artifact Knowledge on it

and legion is all about the AK grind

personally I don't like the idea of 'wasting' AK on a spec i will not play

I don't know what catch up systems will be in place, maybe if we get Artifact Research Synopsis (http://www.wowhead.com/item=144395) it could be less painful, but still

I really dont like the idea of wasting AK on a weapon I will not play



an alternative could be that at the end of the scripted quest chain you'll get all the weapons -

or at least you get to choose the one you want

but i do like the idea that artifact weapons should be gated behind a quest chain

I really dislike the fact that you can go up to an NPC and just 'get it'



BUT! considering that normally the quest chain comes after the scenario where you get legion level gear

that brings a another set of complications...

you gotta make sure the quests are doable with wod gear, I think this is important

I'll leave my opinion here. I currently play on another legion server, i could mention it but there is no point in doing so. I'm a guild master of a really well active and populated pve guild and we were looking forward for freakz legion realm, this for a short amount of reasons, lack of content and lack of freedom in chosing the class to play, since all are playable but the vast majority of them are bugged and simply "not worth" to choose. As you may imagine this kills everyone will to play the game in the long run and we are forced to find a solution, i also believe our situation is not only "ours" in the sense that everybody wants to play what they like the most and in the others legion server this is very raarely possible. By making the artifact weapon unobtainable for the majority of the specs will most likely replicate the same effect. From what i've seen in your PTR you've done an amazing job in making all the classes and specs 100% playable and it would be a great shame not to let everyone enjoy your work by keeping their artifact weapon unobtainable, even if for a fixed amount of time. The artifact weapon questline is something that you do just once per weapon in Legion and stoppin everyone at the start, you can easly imagine it yourself, would not be that good of a start. No matter how you do it but make all weapons obtainable at the start, we know how well you work and we know for a fact that if you say you'll script all the questline we will have them but for now, please take the better decision for you future playerbase

I have an idea.
How about disabling all artifacts whether they can be obtained or not.
At level 100 give us a weapon with an item level of 750 or 800 (via mailbox or npc) .
When you script all artifact quests for all classes and specs,enable artifact weapons.
