[DUPLICATE] [Stormheim] Lay them to Rest npc bugged

Bug description: Ok this npc should end Lay Them to rest but because I left this quest to finish it later and continued with 2 other quests from the quest chain the npc moved to a new location and it can't be seen in the first one and I can't finish the quest on the second location. Abandoning and Deleting Cache doesn't work nor unstucking.
