Bug description: Theryn follows the player until he reaches the cave then dissapears and doesn't complete the quest

I too confirm that this quest does not work as it should and is uncompletable.

Theryn [Subject 16] follows the player to the cave but doesn't continue following the player into it, but instead goes overtop of the cave making the quest uncompletable.

I can confirm you cannot complete this quest i even got the npc right next to the turn in point.

Well this time you made it auto complete but when i go to the NPC, I can't get or complete any quest

When you talk to the NPC, It just has a "Complete Quest" button with the quest reward that doesn't get complete at all

I have the same problem like Kyrax i press that buton with complet Quest and nothing, i made aswel a topic about this small bug
