[Paladin][All specs] Seal of Insight AoE Proc w/o glyph

WoW Freakz spell link: Seal of Insight
Bug description: Seal of insight is healing nearby friendly units when proccing and this without the use of the Glyph of the battle healer. However, it seems like it works only in raid, i don't remember seeing it in open world nor dungeons and i don't pvp.

I don't even own the glyph and I use MSBT addon which displays income (at left) and outcome (at right, note that outcome can only come from me and my guardien of ancient king but i'm prot) damages and Healing, so as you can see there's outcoming Healing from me and the seal (recognized by the icon). I first assumed it was only affecting pets until i saw a player name displayed once. Don't be confused by multiples procs at a same time, the rate at which information are displayed haven't been configured so they are packed.

I'll try to get combat lag if i can.

I can confirm, if you use the glyph and then remove it you'll get it just like a passive, tested ingame.

Never had this glyph, tho melee hits heal players

hi i test it but what i see is it dont heal players....

but it heal all pets like miror images/hunter pet/warlock pet/companions/army of death...

but i never see it heal a player

Because it doesn't,it heals pets,not players,which is practically useless.

Maybe it was just a visual bug, it could have been a pet name but sometimes the addon displays paladin/warrior class colors (like xPearl does in his manner) . This is still annoying and in some case conveniant when it comes to maintain pets at all cost.

it heals the lowest HP friendly party or raid member, maybe a player, or it's pet, which has lower remaining hp

there is even no need to use then remove this glyph, some heros from cataclysm have this glyph passively...

so I confirm:
glyph of battle healer is passively active on some paladins (maybe all) even without this glyph and it reduces their tanking performance.
