[REJECTED] [Druid][Balance] Cenarion Ward broken

Bug description: This spell's healing is totally broken. On retail on the current patch that WoW Freakz is running, Heart of the Wild + Cenarion Ward = full health. At the moment it barely gives you 100k with Heart of the Wild on. Just watch the proof:

I hope this won't get fixed as long as some boomies abuse some kind of haste bug and also not until the way haste works here gets fixed, since you reach softcaps way easier here with much lower haste value, which would result in immortal boomies.

And btw if you say something is buggy, you should kinda say what exactly is buggy. You can't compare a video with a feral with the one from the boomy.

ok first of all i don-t give a damn about some bomy using exploits, its about hotw + cenearion ward not functioning as it should , and it doesn-t matter the spec ,

On retail this was nerfed precisely because of this godmod healing, HOWEVER, it was only nerfed - not deprecated. With the current Prideful glad gear spellpower + HotW on, you would have to excuse me but 37k healing per tick on a 600k health target is obviously broken... I'm guessing it's some kind of scaling issue.

As long as there is no proof of what the scaling should be and what is buggy this won't get fixed or looked into it anyways.

And as far as i know its perfectly fine.

The first seconds you see the healing of reju only during HotW, after that he applies cenarion ward with hotw and you also see 37k ticks.

So unless you show something else, it looks completly fine.

Cenarion Ward is fine. If you think it's not working correctly, please bring math proof.
