[mage][glyph] glyph of icy veins and ice lance and water elemental's water bolt

Bug description: after last update in https://forum.wow-freakz.com/FIXED-Mage-Frost-Glyph-of-Icy-Veins-damage-too-high-t428731.html not only ice lance damage is not fixed mage's pet's water bolt is bugged too . ice lance doesn't hit 3time for 40% damage each. it hits once for 40% . pets water bolt is same too now it was ok . it used to hit 3 time for 40% damage but now it hits once .
Proof: pls just test it with glyph on use icy veins target dummy cast ice lance and order pet to cast water bolt on target you'll see it hit's once for 40% of original damage .

tested and same bug for me also...waterbolt which was wrking fine is also not splitting to 3 nw :(

maybe this bug-fix caused the waterbolt not split into three

Hi . When we use glyph of icy veins all of the following levels should split into 3 smaller parts that do 40% of the original damage . After the recent fix you made waterbolt split. But you didnt fix the most important one which is the ice lance part. It doesnt split into 3 smaller parts but the damage is reduced to 40%. . I repeat it doesnt strike 3 times . Just one !! Please fix this becuz its a really important level and most mages used to use ice lance on burst but since its totally bugged our overal damage done is reduced around 20% .

:| i was wrong about the waterbolt it is not fixed . Its still bug. Please make that waterbolt split into 3 parts too . It is a major dps gain . If the glyph gets totally fixed

The glyph doesn't split the Ice Lances nor the Waterbolts.
