And I'd rather like to be ganked sometimes in lvling zones and fight back instead of that monotonic leveling just to get that desired lvl 85...

Thank to world PvP people are getting more familiar with PvP, and when they hit 85 they're performing better on battleground, and as for now most people on battlegrounds rush at enemies randomly clicking buttons (wich leads to "you know what") and destroying all the fun for "more skilled players"...

Also, game should be a challenge, and leveling here is kinda monotonic and easy as ***.


And No, I'm not saying this because I would like to gank people as a twink. I'd like to, but let's put this aside.

Only certain Tol Barad quests flag you for PvP, and before you accept the quest you are informed that accepting that quest will flag you for PvP.
So it's up to you if you want to do additional quests and be flagged for PvP, or do few quests less without being afraid of getting your *** kicked.

Exactly, but if server become PVP u will be flagged no matter what, and there will be chaos people wont be able to do quests peacefully.

And there is already battlegrounds, arenas and duels. Why do we need world ganking too?

3. It will enforce on players learning how to survive in PvP.

2. So challange is trying to escape lvl 85 on lvl 30 knowing u cant escape

If you wanna PVP in world type /pvp, and u will be flagged, why to force it on people that dont want it?

You already aren't a tad objective.

1. It's only fun for you, but well, it's human nature to mock on a weaker target and get enjoyment from it.

2. Game should be a challenge in a way you pick, not in a way that picks you.

3. Some people (I'd say roughly half) doesn't care about 'not having learned to survive', because roughly half focuses on PvE, while only the other half on PvP.

4. It will affect server's PvE, although this point of yours is valid, since PvE affects PvP as well.

I, being a piece of both, am against it, because right now, you got enough opportunities to do PvP, don't need to lean entire server towards it.

I dont have any problems with gank on PvE server.
You always can gank players in dueling zone near Stormwind or Orgrimmar.
If you're going to kill NPC's (auctioneers and bankirs), there is 90% chance that someone will try to kill you.

1. For me it's fun (just as for many other people), for you it's not, ok, every1 have right to have own opinion. I'm personaly not afraid of being ganked (even as low lvl), bcoz I'll fight back with pleasure...

2. Attacking lowbies as 85 is most retarded thing you can do in WoW, but situation is different when you actualy gank far higher levels (Yes, I'm doing that too).

3. I see it this way: Half people plays PvE, half PvE, but how many of these PvE focused people play some PvP as well either to raise their ilvl with PvP gear or just to do something else instead of monotonic boss killing.

4. Tinuviel's argument is valid... partialy, so I'm still waiting for a serious argument how World PvP would affect PvE, especialy from nynaeve. What PvE zones you're talkign about? You're afraif of opposite faction camping meeting stone in from of the instance entrance? Here you go, although it's not blizzlike, you can teleport whole raid in front of the isntance with one command and enter innstance or get rid of those campers if they bother you so much.

Since Vanilla, I'm playing on PvP servers, and noone ever complained about server status, ganking is other story, but it's kinda same as ninjas in PvE, it's just a part of this game.

I'm also playing "some" PvE, but I for one enjoy PvP more. In conclusion, I see only one way to settle this dispute, which is something that was suggested more than just once before.
