yes and what? you are not online when speedhackers are winning WSG. Saying that we need more GMs since months. Been ensured but..........

My idea is Class changing .. it can be added as DonatePoints option and VotePoints option ,but the problem is that the player who wanna use it have to write a ticket about it.The change will be made in-game.
Basically you write a ticket saying what's the new class you wanna become.When GM reads it,you re-make your character (same faction, same race, and same name) but different class. The GameMaster will add items like the ones you had ,but useful for your new class and spec(for example if you had a darkmoon card with Spirit and you changed to a rogue you will have a new one with agility ).I guess if you put this option on ,it have to cost lots of VotePoints ,simply because it's alot of work with just one player.

Why?, if you want a new class just make it you will be lvl 85 in 8 hours max + your rep gear is grinded and most of the time at that point your ready for Dungeons / normal raids.

I don't see any improvement in making this available, its just causing work for GM's for no reason.

Well is not like that .. what about if you are having the best gear you can take,from the hardest instances ,and with the lowest drop rate ? It's a good option but it takes some time for doing it =)

The only problem is changing the gear. How will they be able to rate something as equivalent to another piece? I dont think this is feasible.

Ok here is my suggestion, make cross-realm friends and cross-realm global channel. I know that someone already did post this but i have an idea how can it be done.

For the cross-realm friends it can simply have a SQL or SQLite database that has 4 columns which are RealmID, Character's GUID, All friends GUID's, Online/Offline So when the player goes online it will send a message to everybody who is a friend of him.

And for the cross-realm chat you could use something like IRC as a backend that deals with the chat functions.

On one of my old servers we had an option to read chat ingame chat on website. We could log in on website, select the character and chat with guildies or friends w/o need to enter the game and that was nice.

i don't like the idea, but probably like one week of istant 85 would be ok to encourage ppl to come back here (maybe to get the chance to roll an alt without leveling) or new ones to start.

Rather than cross-realm chat I would like cross-faction chat. At least in leveling zones. On every previous server I used to play there was cross-faction chat on all global channels including "1.General, 2.Trade" etc. and also channels created by players, and I'll say it was pretty useful.
