Horde : honor rates

I just saw the announce that horde are receiving bonus honor because of the unbalanced bg queue and I wonder,why would be such thing on since now,as far as I see there are 2-3 allies and 100-110 hordes in queue ...it isn't fair

it seems like alliance have stopped queueing for RBGs, making the buff completely useless, looks like we're gonna need a different solution, maybe some free gear or something?

I dont like the idea of free gear,I hate funservers,and this thing with free gear is typical for funservers..better undo the honor rates so they can be back to normal for both factions

so you suggest that what alliance had for the first day and night of the 4.3.4 was not funserver-ish? the unending free honor farm due to hordes' queue issues?

though i agree that this 100% honor increase buff is ridiculous. why's that you ask? because right before the server restart (the one implementing the buff) there were 156 allies queued. once the server came back online and ever since there are never more than 7. tell me why, if not because most of alliance pvp'ers are already full ruthless and they just wont queue... since when would they wanna help us gear up lawl...

The difference is that alliance "farmed" horde with normal honor rate,now horde "farms" alliance with 100% increased honor rate,this isn't fair at all.I don't mind the "farming" part,although I would prefer balanced queues,but this thing with honor increase is just too bad and unfair.

first of all, get your facts straight. maybe you didnt play much... so i`ll forgive you your false reasoning

the difference is the alliance "farmed" honor without any opponents while the horde "farm" honor against ~380 ilvl alliances. the alliances were entering battlegrounds against 0 hordes, so pretty much 90% of them were 2-min-wins due to lack of players. hordes win bgs because their opponents cant play.

you say our honor buff is unfair. just how unfair can it be if we dont have (or had) any gear to begin with, because it was impossible to get it?

what you say is absurd. though i agree, though as i said, i agree that the buff is not the best solution.

I might be wrong but didn't horde benefit from that bug same as alliance players by joining Alterac Valley in ratio 40 horde vs FEW ally? Note that AV bosses had or still has 50hp so they were one shoted.
Even if it was a race who will reach the boss 1st, it was always horde because of they were more.
Correct me if I'm wrong.

Horde's alterac valley's boss had 200 HP , ally one had 170 milions ..... that might have been the reason for the horde double honor..

How come that everything is fine to do or abuse as long as ONLY ally side does that... but it goes terrible wrong omg ban etc etc, once horde starts to do the same exact thing...
lol dude... you got free honor for 1 or 2 days, due to bug. Did you care about it? No, cause you were on the side who kept winning due to lack of opponents. Lets face it, no *** given. In each bg you got 2-3 horde to play against. Do you call it fair? And don't feed me with stories, that You wouldn't do such thing as joining only AV to STAND ANY CHANCE against ally... cause we all know that ally side is nothing more than bunch of abusers themselves.

-do we talk here about AV bug? No.
-Was it fair? Depends, sometimes ally side was empty, sometimes it was 40vs40
-Was horde queue issue fair for us? No.
-For you? *** yeah.

We never got free honor unlike alliance... we still had to earn it and we still do, even if its doubled. It was not easy to stand against full s11 alliance and win any battleground at all. I don't call it the best solution, but hey! Its something!

First of all, it's not Alli's fault for Horde not being in que. It wasn't like there is 900 aliance online and only 100 horde.
CORRECT ME IF I'M WRONG please; Even back on 4.0.6 there were problems with Horde que-ing for Battlegrounds. I often had to wait a few minutes to start a BG, and I saw that there are more than 30 people in Alliance and less than 1 Horde in Queue. And about those AV aliance "OP UNBALANCED WINS"... I played BGs during one of those days and out of 6 AV-s, i won only 2. Talk about unbalanced now?

Or ppl just have alts in horde and alliance in same time and they just are sitting on horde chars atm:)

if alliance don't start queueing then the only solution would be a full 3 day rollback unfortunately, that way everyone has to work for their gear
