[PvP - Arenas/Battlegrounds] Glyph Changing whilst in Arena Preparation

Descrierea bugului / Bug description: You should be able to change glyphs while in arena(until it starts, in that time u should be able to change glyphs), also same thing on Battlegrounds,u should be able to change glyphs and spec until battleground starts.

You could NEVER EVER EVER change specs in arena or during an arena queue (pre-MoP), you could change specs in the prep room in BGs though.

Regarding about spec change in arena y,i made a mistake when i typed bcuz i wanted to type on bg too.

IN the bg (before start) you may change the spec.
In the arena = dont know / but this will be great!

Confirm, inainte sa inceapa bg ar trebui sa mearga sa schimbi spec/glyphs. Pe 4.0.6 daca imi amintesc eu bine mergea acest lucru, acum nu mai merge.

daca imi aduc bine aminte cand jucam pe retail intre 4.0.6 - 4.2.0 ,nu se putea schimba glyphuri/talente.

Glyph poti schimba in minutul ala de buffe and stuff inainte de arena, spec nu decat pe mop si da in bg merge sa schimbi spec/glyphs atata timp cat n`a inceput.L2P ALL
