what if, for instance, we get an item that we already have from ds or bh (for instance we get t13 raid finder set legs drop yet we already had them drop from baradin hold)? can we write a ticket to qq about the drop then?

Daca iti pica o piesa pe care o mai ai, cu conditia sa fie tot Raid Finder(ilvl 384), faci ticket/post pe forum iar GM-ul iti va da alt saculet.
Dar daca iti pica o piesa pe care o ai deja intr-o varianta de Normal (397) sau Heroic (410) , nu vei fi ajutat.

You can only make a ticket to change your item to a bag again only if the bag awarded you the same item twice.

S-a rezolvat problema, a fost scoasa Insignia din saculetul pentru druizi resto.... Eventual poti sa faci un ticket/post pe forum si sa ceri alt saculet/reset quest/etc.

I really like the idea of making it easier to gear up cause its true that new people barely have a chance to either buy gear or get it in a raid.
The thing with this implementation is that imo 1 384 item per week, which is a rnd item and might not even be better than one you actually got, isnt enough. Especially with the effort it takes (15 instance runs, ehm k). Make it a daily with 5 bosses as a quest goal and it might actually help. But to get full 384 you would actually need 16 weeks atm for every slot assuming that the one gets an item for a different itemslot everytime, which wont ever happen. So the thought is rly nice behind it , but the implementation is kinda weak.
