What if you hit enter while connecting, before DC? It should interrupt connecting and bring you to list of realms.

If you've played here before without incident, try deleting the entire game and redownloading it. I had a mate that had internet connection blocked by the government to particular countriies.

That's not a problem in Bulgaria. Atleast I've never heard of such.
OP's problem is either shitty ISP or a messed up PC.

Yeah, I played here for a bout a year with no problems, but then they closed Evolution, so I moved to Exodus. Shortly after that the shit began.
I downloaded WoW 4.3.4 from the site of the server, from thepiratebay, from zamunda/arenabg (bulgarian torrent sites)... still the same

Remove the Temporary Files

Network Card Settings
Blizzard has heard reports of network cards that seem to experience problems processing the World of Warcraft/Burning Crusade data. If you do not know what kind of network card you have, please follow these steps:

- Click on Start.
- Click on Control Panel.
- Double click on the System icon (in Windows XP, you may need to click Switch to Classic View on the left hand side of the screen).
- Select the Hardware tab.
- Click on Device Manager.
- Expand the section labeled Network Adapters.
- The name of your network adapter will be listed there.

Once you have located the name of your network adapter, please verify you have the latest driver from the manufacturer. You can find a list of hardware manufacturers and their contact information on our Hardware Vendor List. However, some have only resolved it by using older drivers. You may need to experiment with your card and its settings to eliminate the problem.

The Duplex and Checksum Offload settings in the Network Card may need to be adjusted for better performance.

- Locate your network card via the above steps.
- Right click the network card and select Properties.
- Click the Advanced tab.
- If you have an option to set the Duplex setting set it to 100BaseTX Full Duplex.
- If you have an option to set the Checksum Offload setting, may vary in specific naming, disable this setting.

Changing these options will normally cause your connection to reset temporarily. You may also have to restart your system after changing these options to connect to the internet once more. Some specific cards require additional settings. You can go to our Network Driver Update page for more information. Since this particular issue is related to communication, there are some solutions relating to disconnections that may also contribute to this problem. You can find those suggestions on this page.

OK, I set the checksum offload to disabled. I won't touch the Duplex settings cus a friend of mine fu...ed up his PC.

btw after the host fixes i did not had a problem with DCs for a while, untill yesterday....
